Emma Watson,

best known for her role as the bright and charming witch from the Harry Potter saga, has also made
herself known in the fashion industry, appearing in several fashion magazines covers and now acting
as a Creative Advisor for the organic and fair trade pioneer "People Tree". She has also been featured
as the face of "Burberry" twice, for their Autumn/Winter campaign in 2009 and Spring/Summer cam-
paign in 2010.

Emma says “I wanted to help People Tree produce a younger range because I was excited by the idea
of using fashion as a tool to alleviate poverty and knew it was something I could help make a difference
with.

I think young people like me are becoming increasingly aware of the humanitarian and environmental
issues surrounding fast fashion and want to make good choices but there aren’t many options out there.”
